Blakeney Gem Set Ring

Make your own gem set ring by creating the shank in sterling silver and then construct a bezel setting in silver for a semi-precious gem cabochon.  There are a variety of options in terms of size and colour of gems (eg, sodalite, amethyst, chalcedony, onyx, carnelian, aventurine, green moss agate, green agate, goldstone, turquoise etc) – you can choose !

Learn artisan silversmithing techniques and a little of the history of silver and hallmarking.

At the end of the workshop you’ll not only have some lovely personalised jewellery to take away, but also a huge sense of well being, pride and achievement.

The cost of the workshop is £95 which includes all materials (silver and gems), homemade cakes, shortbread and hot drinks and squash. Pay £25 deposit now, and the balance either a few days before by bank transfer or on the day with cash.
