Silver Bead Pendant
Join me in making the “Smarty Bead” pendant in sterling silver with options to make it plain or stamped with letters and/or symbols. I love wearing my own every day – tactile, fun, suitable for all occasions and well, just gorgeous to fiddle with!
At this workshop, which is suitable for beginners and improvers alike, you will cut, stamp (if you like, or leave plain) letters of symbols, dome and form two sides of the bead, then solder together and make a ring to hang it on a chain. Yes, it’s that simple but complex too and that’s where I come in to guide you stage by stage to a perfect finish.
The cost of the workshop is £90. Reserve your place with a £25 deposit and pay the balance a week before or on the day. Inclusive of all the silver, copper for practising, homemade shortcake and refreshments. The workshop takes around 4.5 hours and so you may like to bring a sandwich with you although there is also the Taurus Crafts onsite cafe you can purchase food from.
