Smarty Bead Pendant
At Aldington Village Hall and suitable for beginners and improvers.
Join me in making the “Smarty Bead” pendant in sterling silver with options to make it plain or stamped with letters and/or symbols. I love wearing my own every day – tactile, fun, suitable for all occasions and well, just gorgeous to fiddle with!
At this workshop, you will cut, stamp (if you like, or leave plain) letters of symbols, dome and form two sides of the bead, then solder together and make a ring to hang it on a chain. Yes, it’s that simple but complex too and that’s where I come in to guide you stage by stage to a perfect finish.
The cost of the workshop is £95 including a silver chain. Reserve your place with a £25 deposit and pay the balance a week before or on the day. Included are all the silver you need, homemade shortcake and refreshments. The workshop takes around five hours and so you may like to bring a sandwich with you.
