Silver Circles Jewellery
A sterling silver workshop to make one of: A Russian Wedding Ring, A circles Pendant or earrings (dangly or stud)
Make your own sterling silver Russian Ring or Pendant or a pair of Circle Earrings at The Village Hall in Aldington, lead by expert tutor, Wendy Murphy. All the pieces involve the same principle of making circles; it’s just how you manipulate and put them together that varies. You have the option to leave smooth or texturise with a choice of specialist hammers. This is wear your creativity comes into play and there will be examples of “one I made earlier” for you to see.
Learn artisan silversmithing techniques and a little of the history of silver and hallmarking.
Enjoy homemade shortbread and refreshments whilst you work; the workshop ends around 3 pm.
At the end of the workshop you’ll not only have some lovely personalised jewellery to take away, but also a huge sense of well being, pride and achievement.
The cost of the workshop is £85 (returners get a 10% discount). Book with a £25 deposit and pay the balance a week before (Wendy will send you joining instructions with details) or with cash on the day..
