Stone Set Ring or Pendant Workshop

Come and make your own sterling silver stone set  ring or pendant at this informative and friendly class at Aldington Village Hall, Kent

Suitable for beginners and improvers alike, you will be taught how to make your own stone setting and then mount it on a ring or pendant. There are a variety of options in terms of size and colour of gems (eg, sodalite, amethyst, chalcedony, onyx, carnelian, aventurine, green moss agate, green agate, goldstone, turquoise etc) – you can choose !  If you have a particular preference for a gem, just let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you

Here are a few of those options made by previous students:

Learn artisan silversmithing techniques and a little of the history of silver and hallmarking.

At the end of the workshop you’ll not only have some lovely personalised jewellery to take away, but also a huge sense of well being, pride and achievement.

The cost of the workshop is £110 which includes all materials (silver and gems), homemade cakes and drink.
