Delivery Information
Each piece of jewellery is delivered to you in a velvet or organza gift bag which doubles as a method of caring for your silver piece and minimising the effect of oxidation. Card and wooden boxes may be purchased from WMM silver – just email us for a price.
Delivery Timescales
Please note that all products are handmade and whilst some items are held in stock, others will be made to order. Please allow 14 working days for manufacture plus an extra week if hallmarking is required. Bespoke and personalised designs can take up to 3 weeks. An estimated delivery time will be quoted to you on receipt of your order and payment.
If you require a piece urgently, please feel free to contact me as I can sometimes prioritise work to accommodate your deadlines.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by WMM silver; Royal Mail offers a guaranteed next-day delivery on items delivered by Special Delivery.

Delivery prices below are for mainland UK addresses. Please contact by email for a quote for International delivery, Republic of Ireland, BFPO, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or the Scilly Isles addresses. We reserve the right to change the areas to which we deliver without notice.

For UK orders with a value of under £50…
Goods are dispatched using First Class Post at a standard cost of £3.75, regardless of weight or quantity of items. A Certificate of Proof of Postage will be obtained on your behalf but this does not insure your goods for compensation if lost. If you require Special Delivery, you will be charged £8.50 - please be sure to state if you require this service at time of ordering.
For orders of £50 or over…
Goods are dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service with Royal Mail’s guarantee of next-weekday delivery at a standard cost of £8.50, regardless of weight or quantity of items. The Special Delivery Service is insured to cover the value of your goods.
International Orders.
Please contact WMM silver here to obtain a quote for postage on overseas orders. You are responsible for any local import tax charges incurred at your country’s port of entry.
Returns and Refunds.
We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your WMM silver item, but if in the unlikely event you are not, we have a returns policy which you can follow.
Your Right to Cancel – how to return goods.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We will only accept goods returned in their original condition, unworn and in the original packaging we reserve the right to inspect the goods on return receipt. We regret we cannot accept the return of custom-made or personalised items unless faulty or damaged. Likewise, we cannot accept the return of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Please notify us first by emailing [email protected] giving a reason for the return. Please include your original invoice with the securely packaged goods and return to us using the Special Delivery service to: WMM Silver, Everley, Clark’s Lane, Blakeney, Gloucestershire, GL15 4BL, UK. If you use any other uninsured means of postage, we will not take responsibility for items lost in the postal system. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless the goods are faulty or damaged in which case postage will be refunded in full). International items need to be marked either “returned for repair” or “returned for refund” to avoid customs and excise delays in return delivery.
Items returned for exchange will incur a delivery charge of £4.50 (UK) or £12 (international). If the exchange piece is of a lower value than the original, a refund for the difference will be issued. If higher, the difference in price will need to be paid.
Refunds
On acceptance of your returned goods, we will refund the cost of the item using the same method as payment originally made when first purchasing the item. Please allow 7 days from receipt of returned goods to process the refund.
