Overlap Ring for Age 10+ with adult
At popular request, here is a young person’s workshop during which they can experience the fun side of silversmithing – bashing, stamping letters and symbols and generally having a fun time with you too but without the more grown-up side of soldering.
Children over the age of age 10 to 13 are welcomed with a (paying) adult. Children aged 14+ and adults do not need to be accompanied. You will learn how to make an overlapping and adjustable ring (so it can grow with you) at this short introduction to some silversmithing skills. You will learn how to size, cut, file and form a beautiful sterling silver ring. You can also add some letters and symbols, like a heart, star, daisy to make it truly your own. Create a special memory with your child and both come away with a special momento.
The workshop price includes all materials and refreshments and there is plenty of free parking on site.
